Librarians "very excited" about announcement.

Leona Hendry, head of the belleville library is present at the announcement today, along with Kimberly Brittain Drunm, who is the head of fundraising for the library project. Hendry says that they will start a "broad-based community" fundraising initiative in late March, which will be launched at the ground breaking ceremony, which hasn't yet been given a date.
